Soundside Holiday Beach Resort is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach on the Santa Rosa Sound. The resort is located just a short distance from all of the area’s attractions, including Casino Beach with its Gulf Side Pavilion, the federally protected shores of Santa Rosa, the Pensacola Fishing Pier, and the pre-Civil War fortress of Fort Pickens.

- **Distance:** Approx. 15 Miles

Take Airport Blvd to 9th Ave. Turn left (south) on 9th Avenue. Follow the road to the end and then make a left which will take you across the Pensacola Bay Bridge into the city of Gulf Breeze and then to Santa Rosa Island. Go through the light (there is only one on the island) and approximately 1/4 of a mile down the road you will find the resort on the left hand side.

- This is a fixed week property. All units are assigned at the time of booking, room moves cannot be done at the resort level.
- This property has two flights of stairs to reach the first floor of units and no elevators.
- The resort is located on the Santa Rosa Sound; therefore, no units have views of the Gulf.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on balcony/patio. If you do choose to, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fine per occurrence.
