From I-40 east (toward Kingman /Lake Havasu) take exit 9 on the Arizona side which will put you on AZ 95 south. Continue for approximately 22 miles till you reach Mulberry where you will take a left. Make an immediate right onto Lake Havasu Ave and continue for 2 blocks until you reach the property on the left (on the corner of Jones & Lake Havasu Ave.).
